1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of our platform for planning, managing, and publishing videos to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram ("Service").

2. Service Description

The Service allows registered users to:

• Connect their social media accounts via official APIs (OAuth 2.0)
• Schedule video uploads with metadata (title, description, timing)
• Automate publishing processes through platform APIs

3. Account & Platform Connection

Users must register to use the Service. Connecting TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram accounts is done through secure OAuth authentication. API tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by the user at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload and publish via the Service. Content must not violate copyright laws or platform community guidelines.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to technical issues or maintenance.

6. Liability

We are liable only for intentional or grossly negligent damages. We are not liable for data loss or failed publications caused by third-party APIs.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, extend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time.

8. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. Revoking API access disconnects the respective platform and disables automated publishing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction is Cologne.
